As a seasoned professional, you will oversee the successful adoption of new road and estates projects, ensuring seamless integration with existing infrastructure. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Collaborating with architects, engineers, and local authorities to ensure timely completion of projects.
  2. Conducting site visits to assess project progress and identify potential issues.
  3. Developing and implementing effective strategies for managing budgets and resources.

We are seeking an individual who possesses strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record in project management. A deep understanding of the construction industry, particularly in relation to road and estates development, is essential.

Estimated Salary Range: £60,000 - £70,000 per annum
