We are seeking a skilled and friendly Receptionist to join our team at The Arden Hotel, Stratford-upon-Avon. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and play a vital role in shaping their experience.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience for our guests;
  • Manage the front desk, handling check-ins, check-outs, and room allocations with accuracy and efficiency;
  • Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally;
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to enhance the overall guest experience;
  • Maintain a high level of attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and quality in all aspects of your work.

**Requirements:**

  • A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a warm, welcoming approach;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues;
  • Good attention to detail and the ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment;
  • A positive and proactive attitude, with a 'can-do' approach to problem-solving and guest issues;
  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred, but not essential – we are more interested in your passion for great customer service and exceptional people skills.
