**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Receptionist to join our team. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will play a vital role in shaping their experience.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Provide exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience from arrival to departure.
  • Manage the front desk operations, including check-in, check-out, and room allocation.
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Work closely with other departments to enhance the guest experience and ensure seamless communication.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our hotel's facilities, services, and local area.

**Requirements**

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a warm and approachable demeanor.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good IT skills and ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
