Key Responsibilities

  • Operational management: Ensure the hospital runs smoothly, efficiently, and effectively, meeting all regulatory requirements.
  • Financial management: Manage budgets, PNL, and operating costs to ensure financial sustainability.
  • Quality agenda: Drive patient safety, quality improvement initiatives, and staff development programs.

Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • Proven experience as a Hospital Director or in a similar position, with a strong track record of success.
  • Commercial and/or clinical experience in independent healthcare.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
  • Strong financial acumen, with experience managing budgets and driving revenue growth.
