About the Role

Aon is seeking a highly skilled Client Service Trainer to join our team. As a Client Service Trainer, you will be responsible for improving the colleague experience at Aon by developing talent at all levels to maximize our potential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance colleague skills and knowledge.
  • Design and deliver training sessions on industry changes and projects, such as GMP and Pensions Dashboards.
  • Analyze performance and quality data to drive training and performance priorities.
  • Provide mentor support to managers and junior colleagues.
  • Support performance feedback conversations and gather 360 feedback on colleague performance.
  • Work with Team Managers to ensure completion of skills matrices and ensure plans are in place to expand knowledge.
  • Support the goal setting process and end of year performance process.
  • Provide regular feedback and reporting to local management teams.
  • Assist the management teams to improve processing times and productivity.
  • Support the recruitment process and assist with attracting the best external talent.
  • Support the transition of work between locations and ensure processes and best practice are captured in a clear and concise format.
  • Support colleagues to attain professional qualifications.

Requirements

  • Experience in pensions is preferred but not essential.
  • A background in coaching, mentoring, colleague development would be highly beneficial.
  • Proven record of problem solving and a strong focus on solutions and delivery.
  • Highly organized and able to demonstrate keen attention to record keeping.
  • Proven examples of successfully implementing change solutions with results.
  • Experience of performance management using data analytics.
