**Job Description:** Accounts and Administration Coordinator
We are recruiting for an experienced accounts assistant to work in our office based in Wigan. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounts administration and excellent communication skills.
Your duties will include preparing banking information, updating invoice logs, and managing credit card expenditure. You will also be required to review estate accounts for accuracy and compliance with beneficiary agreements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Preparation of banking information and update of invoice log
- Management of credit card expenditure
- Reviewing estate accounts for accuracy and compliance
Requirements:
- Previous experience as an accounts assistant or a similar role
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and SAGE 50 accounting system
- Good telephone manner and ability to get on well with others
Salary:** £25,000 - £30,000 per annum
