Training Coordinator

About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and thorough administrator to join our Education and Training team at Wiltshire Health and Care LLP. As a Training Administrator, you will play a crucial role in maintaining efficient administrative procedures and information systems for our staff.
Main Responsibilities
Key duties of the role include:
- Receiving, processing, and recording information, updating databases and lists
- Following up on outstanding information and providing administration support to the Education and Training team
- Acting as a central point of contact for all calls and enquiries, redirecting calls, taking messages, and dealing with enquiries where appropriate
- Supporting the Data Custodian to ensure departmental information systems, data usage, and storage of information is secure
- Maintaining excellent channels of communication with all team members and connected departments/agencies

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- GCSE level or equivalent with A-C passes including English and Maths
- RSA III or equivalent in typing/word processing
- Comprehensive knowledge of MS Office
- Knowledge of minute taking and data protection and confidentiality
Desirable Qualifications and Experience
We are looking for candidates with recent IT training or qualifications, such as ECDL or equivalent, and experience of working in a busy environment, managing conflicting priorities, and effective time management.
