About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and thorough administrator to join our Education and Training team at Wiltshire Health and Care. The successful candidate will maintain efficient administrative procedures and information systems for our staff, supporting the team with administration processes to ensure the smooth running of our service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases
  • Provide administrative support to the Education and Training team
  • Develop and implement efficient administrative procedures and systems
  • Collaborate with staff to ensure effective communication and information sharing
  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures
Person Specification
  • Educated to GCSE level or equivalent with A-C passes including English and Maths
  • RSA III or equivalent in typing/word processing
  • Comprehensive knowledge of MS Office
  • Knowledge of data protection and confidentiality
  • Evidence of recent IT training/qualification such as ECDL or equivalent
  • Experience of working on a variety of spreadsheets and databases at an advanced level
  • Experience of setting up systems/processes and of writing work and process procedures
  • Experience of managing and supervising staff including coaching, mentoring, supervision and appraisals
Additional Requirements
  • Access to a vehicle that can be used for business purposes and hold a full and valid driving licence
