Training Administrator - Band 3
Location: Wiltshire Health and Care
Full time hours per week - Permanent
Wiltshire Health and Care is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented administrator to join their Education and Training team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining efficient administrative procedures and information systems for Wiltshire Health and Care staff.
Main Duties of the Job
To receive, process, and record information; updating databases/lists. To follow up and obtain outstanding information; providing administration support to the Education and Training Team. Also, to act as a central point of contact for all calls/enquiries to the service, redirecting calls, taking messages, and dealing with enquiries where appropriate. Support the Data Custodian to ensure departmental information systems, data usage, and storage of information is secure. Maintain excellent channels of communication with all team members and connected departments/agencies.
