About the Opportunity

Westmorland and Furness Council is seeking two experienced professionals to lead an outreach project focused on improving school readiness by supporting parents, carers, and early years settings. This exciting opportunity will enable you to create an outreach support service for families with children in the early years.

You will work closely with early years settings across South Lakes and Eden to initiate parent and carer engagement, assess need, and deliver appropriate group and individual support. The successful candidates will have knowledge and experience of early years methods and working with young children, their parents, and families.
