Job Description:

As a Homecare Support Specialist, you will work closely with our clients to provide high-quality care and support in their own homes. You will work collaboratively with our nursing team to deliver complex care services, providing training and guidance as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering person-centred care and support to individuals in their own homes
  • Working collaboratively with our nursing team to deliver complex care services
  • Providing nurse-led complex training to give you the skills and confidence to carry out the role
  • Supporting clients with various conditions, including spinal injuries, stoma care, airway management, neurological conditions, seizures and epilepsy, and mobility support
  • Administering and documenting medication
  • Documenting care activities through our app and reporting any changes in conditions to our branch teams

Salary: £17.00 per hour PLUS HOLIDAY PAY & PENSION - Weekly pay, Friday Payday (This equates to a rolled-up hourly rate of approximately £19 per hour)
