**About the Role**

This is an exciting opportunity for an Outreach Early Childhood Development Coordinator to join our team and make a difference in the lives of young children and their families. As a key member of our outreach team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing an outreach support service that improves school readiness.

**Key Duties:**

  • Work with early years settings to develop strategies for improving school readiness.
  • Provide training and support to early years staff on topics such as speech and language development and home learning environments.
  • Conduct assessments of children's needs and develop individual plans to support their development.

**Essential Qualifications and Experience:**

  • Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience working with young children and their families.
  • Excellent knowledge of early years methods and experience leading early years projects.
