Role Overview:

As a Home Learning Environment Coordinator, you will play a vital role in developing and implementing strategies to improve the home learning environment for young children.

Working closely with parents, carers, and early years settings, you will identify areas for improvement and develop targeted interventions to enhance outcomes for children.

You will possess a deep understanding of early years pedagogy and practice, with a strong focus on supporting the development of young children's cognitive, social, and emotional skills.

Salary: £31,067 - £31,586 (pro rata for part-time hours)

Requirements: A strong background in early years education, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
