As an Environmental Adaptations Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring our trains are designed and built to withstand various climatic conditions. Your expertise will be crucial in developing and implementing engineering instructions, guidelines, and established internal processes for the Environment and Climatic Adaptations domain.

Key Responsibilities:

* Collect and derive climatic environment requirements and provide the related Transverse Requirements Specification (TRS)
* Ensure corrosion protection performances using ALSTOM standards
* Support engineering, suppliers, production, and quality with metallic and non-metallic material selection
* Liaise with Environment and Climatic Adaptations engineers from other sites to gather relevant Return on Experience (REX)
* Participate in Research and Development (R&D) projects and work packages

Requirements:

* Chemical, Materials, or General Engineering degree Bachelor/Master of Science or equivalent
* Management skills to lead R&D actions with a transversal approach
* Good communication skills, pro-activity, team working, strategic vision
* Knowledge of climatic and corrosion international standards
* English conversational/writing/reading advanced level mandatory
* French conversational/reading advanced level is preferred
