CDM Surveyor

We are seeking an experienced and qualified CDM/Disrepair Surveyor to join our repairs team on a fixed-term contract for 12 months.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct building inspections to diagnose issues and devise repair solutions for customer property problems.
- Coordinate with legal teams and contractors to ensure repairs adhere to regulations and mitigate liability from legal claims.
- Compile work schedules and assist in project management and budget control.
- Provide expert witness testimony and serve as a key player in property maintenance.
- Extensive building surveying experience, especially in disrepair and related legislation.
- Relevant chartered professional qualification (RICS, CIOB, or similar) (desirable).
- Proficiency in housing health and safety regulations and experience liaising with legal teams.
- Strong project management and budget control skills.
- Collaborative team spirit and excellent communication abilities.
