Key Responsibilities- Manage and support a small team to deliver high-quality person-centred care to our residents.
- Closely monitor and report on residents' daily progress, ensuring all observations and interventions are recorded.
- Deal with any concerns or complaints raised by residents or relatives in a polite, prompt, and appropriate manner.
- Provide ongoing support for the residents, their families, and the Care Services Team.
To be successful in this role, you will live our values of caring, supportive, honest, respectful, and accountable in all that you do. Our ideal candidate must have a minimum of NVQ Level 3 or equivalent, a recognised Medication administration qualification, and previous experience in a Senior Care role.
