About the Role

At Avery Healthcare, we're committed to delivering exceptional care and support to our residents. As a Care Supervisor, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of care are met. Your key focus will be to manage and support a small team within the Care Services team, promoting Avery's values of caring, supportive, honest, respectful, and accountable in all that you do.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promote and deliver high-quality person-centred care to our residents.
  • Closely monitor and report on residents' daily progress, ensuring all observations and interventions are recorded.
  • Deal with any concerns or complaints raised by residents or relatives in a polite, prompt, and appropriate manner.
  • Provide ongoing support for the residents, their families, and the Care Services Team.

About You

To succeed in this role, you'll need to have a minimum of NVQ Level 3 or equivalent, a recognised Medication administration qualification, and previous experience in a Senior Care role. You'll also need to be able to demonstrate your ability to organise, lead, inspire, and influence a team. If this sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you.
