Senior Care Team Leader

Avery Healthcare is seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Care Supervisor.
This role involves managing, supporting, and guiding a small team to ensure high-quality person-centred care for our residents.
The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and delivering high-quality care, closely monitoring and reporting on residents' progress, and providing ongoing support for the residents, their families, and the Care Services Team.
To be successful, you will need to live our values of caring, supportive, honest, respectful, and accountable in all that you do.
RequirementsWe are looking for someone with a minimum of NVQ Level 3 or equivalent, a recognised Medication Administration qualification, and previous experience in a Senior Care role.
You will also need to have demonstrable ability in organising, leading, inspiring, and influencing a team.
