About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Senior Care Assistant to join our team at Collingwood Grange Care Home in Camberley. As a Senior Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, person-centred care to our residents, while also inspiring and developing our Care Assistants to be their best every day.

Key Responsibilities

  • Day-to-day responsibility for running a unit, ensuring the smooth operation of our care home
  • Supporting with clinical duties, including observing, issuing medication, reviewing care plans, and accurate record keeping
  • Driving and managing a team of Care Assistants, including responsible for all shift handovers
  • Helping with training and supervision of new staff members to ensure a warm welcome and support
  • Building relationships with residents, their families, and external teams such as GPs and District Nurses
  • Assisting residents with a range of personal care duties
