About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Senior Care Assistant to join our team at Collingwood Grange Care Home in Camberley. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, person-centred care to our residents.
Key Responsibilities
- Day-to-day responsibility for running a unit, ensuring the smooth operation of care services and supporting the Nurse with clinical duties.
- Driving and managing a team of Care Assistants, including responsible for all shift handovers and training new staff members.
- Building relationships with residents, their families, and external teams such as GPs and District Nurses.
- Assisting residents with a range of personal care duties and supporting their independence.

Requirements
We are looking for a motivated and compassionate individual with previous experience in care and knowledge of NVQ3 in care. You will have excellent interpersonal skills, be able to work in a close-knit team, and have a passion for making a real difference to people's lives.
