We are seeking a flexible and experienced individual to support young people who have come from a background of trauma. As a Residential Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing a safe and nurturing environment for our young residents.

The Role:

  • Supporting young people during the day and overnight shifts
  • Providing emotional support and guidance to help young people develop life skills and independence
  • Working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our young people
