Job Title: Children's Residential Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Children's Residential Support Worker to join our team at TRCGroup. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality support to children and young people in our residential care setting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide daily care and support to children and young people, including attending appointments, education, cleaning, cooking, and engaging in activities.
  • Ensure a safe and nurturing environment that encourages children and young people to develop and grow.
  • Encourage positive choices and milestones, and provide support and guidance to help them achieve their goals.
  • Complete daily paperwork to a high standard and liaise with professional networks, including Social Workers, Police, Mental Health Services, and Youth Offending Teams.
  • Build positive relationships with children and young people, meeting their needs and safeguarding their well-being.
  • Work collaboratively with the Registered Manager to provide the highest standards of care and supervision.
Requirements:
  • Full UK driving licence
  • QCF Level 3/4 in Children's Health & Social Care (or willingness to work towards)
  • Satisfactory probation period
