Job Title: Support Worker for Residential Childcare

About the Role:

In this role, you will be working in a children's residential home supporting young people with challenging behaviour. Your key responsibilities will include providing a safe and nurturing environment for young people to thrive.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Previous experience of working with challenging young people is essential, with a residential setting a plus.
  • Qualified to QCF level in Children and Young People or willing to work towards this qualification.
  • Ability to work independently and maintain clear, accurate records.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a positive team player attitude.
  • Computer experience to an intermediate level.
  • Able to complete daily records to meet statutory and policy requirements.
  • Empathetic nature and good communication skills.
  • Fully manual driving license is a must.
