About the Role:We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Field Sales Executive to join our team. As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for meeting and communicating with customers to recommend products and services, and encouraging customers to buy them.
Key Responsibilities:- Contacting existing and new customers to explain the advantages of buying Oxylitre products and services.
- Communicating with customers before and after sales.
- Delivering presentations to encourage customers to buy new products and services.
- Resolving customers' complaints and/or concerns.
- Handling customers' requests for prices and discounts.
- Maintaining an in-depth understanding of the company's products and services to advise and make suitable recommendations to customers.
- Attending conferences to understand industry trends.
- Collection & Delivery to existing customers.
We are looking for someone who has 100% commitment to business development. You must possess the following:
- Strong demonstratable track record in field sales.
- Proven ability to win new business and retain existing business.
- Good knowledge of the Eastern side of England and occasional visits to Scotland and ability to plan own routes.
- Face to Face sales experience.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Ability to book own appointments and close deals.
- Strong networking abilities.
- Clean Driving Licence.
- Used to fair bit of driving.
- Ability to read, write and speak good English.
- Bonus.
- Pension.
- Annual leave increasing with length of service.
- Death in service benefit.
- Equipment provided – Vehicle, Uniform, Phone, Tablet, etc.
