About the Opportunity

At The WYN Trust, we are committed to providing a supportive learning environment that enables students to achieve their full potential. As the Pastoral Care Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring that students receive the guidance and support they need to succeed.

Your responsibilities will include working closely with the Head of Year to monitor and evaluate student progress, attendance, and behaviour data for a year group. You will also collaborate with parents, teachers, and carers to develop and implement success plans where necessary, as well as identifying and supporting students with organisational or behavioural difficulties.

Main Responsibilities
  • Student Progress and Attendance Monitoring: Collaborate with the Head of Year to monitor and evaluate student progress, attendance, and behaviour data for a year group.
  • Success Planning: Work with parents, teachers, and carers to develop and implement success plans where necessary.
  • Student Intervention: Identify and support students with organisational or behavioural difficulties in collaboration with senior leaders, heads of year, and teaching staff.
