Our team of compassionate Personal Care Specialists, like you, play a vital role in enhancing the lives of elderly and vulnerable individuals in Winchester, Eastleigh, Romsey, and surrounding areas. Unlike many companies, we recognize the importance of your time outside of direct care hours. We compensate you for your journeys to and from each customer, acknowledging the value of your time and effort.

Your Responsibilities

As a Personal Care Specialist, you will be responsible for:
  • Living with our customer in their home for a defined period
  • Providing personal care duties, including assistance with daily living activities
  • Administering medication as prescribed
  • Manual handling using equipment when necessary
  • Promoting overall health and wellbeing through companionship and activity participation
  • Preparing and cooking nutritious meals
  • Assisting with domestic tasks and errands
To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • A valid right to work in the UK (unfortunately, we cannot provide sponsorship)
  • No prior experience, as comprehensive training is provided
  • An excellent command of English language skills
  • To be at least 18 years old
  • A driving license and access to a vehicle are desirable but not essential
