We are seeking a compassionate and empathetic Personal Support Worker to provide care to a young woman in her 20s who lives independently in the Winchester area. As a Specialist Care Support Worker, you will play a crucial part in supporting this individual to live a meaningful and fulfilled life despite any physical or mental challenges they may face on a daily basis.

About the Role:

  • Supporting our customers to achieve life goals and aspirations through social, emotional, physical and cultural requirements in a person-centred way
  • Providing companionship, reassurance, and enabling confidence to help individuals be independent
  • Cooking, domestic duties, personal care, attending appointments and social activities

You will empower those you support to identify their goals, pursue their hobbies, and be part of the local community. We welcome applications from experienced Support Workers who are passionate about making a difference to an individual's life.

Social Care in Action is dedicated to enhancing our customers' lives through quality-driven care services, including Home Care, Live-in Care, Extra Care, and Specialist Care. Our skilled and experienced team provide round-the-clock assistance offering personalised support designed empathetically to meet customers' individual needs.

Estimated salary: £19,000 - £23,000 per annum depending on experience and qualifications.
