We are seeking a talented Complex Care Specialist to join our team and provide high-quality care to our clients with respiratory complex needs.

As a Complex Care Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting our client in their own home, where they live with their wife. You will also accompany them on outings and visits to areas of interest, promoting their independence and well-being.

To succeed in this role, you should have previous experience in care and be willing to learn new skills. You must also possess excellent communication skills, a kind and caring nature, and flexibility to adapt to changing situations.

In return, we offer a competitive salary of up to £14.50 per hour, along with exceptional specialist training from the renowned Lane Fox Remeo Unit and ongoing support from our Clinical Nurse Manager. You will also enjoy accrued holiday pay, regular consistent work, and flexible zero hours contracts or permanent contracts available.
