National Key Account Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled National Key Account Manager to join our team at Brammer Buck & Hickman. As a key member of our Key Account Team, you will play a pivotal role in driving profitable growth and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute strategic customer plans to achieve profitable growth and align with our corporate strategy.
- Lead and manage complex customer relationships, driving commercial management and cost-saving initiatives.
- Collaborate with the Regional Key Account team to deliver planned account activity and achieve positive outcomes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customer stakeholders at all levels.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through a deep understanding of each client's current activities and requirements.
- Regular travel across the UK (at least bi-weekly) to meet with customers and partners.
- Proven experience in Key Account Management, with a track record of working to sales targets and achieving profitable growth.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers at all levels.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Results-focused and customer-orientated, with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
