We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic leader to manage the visitor welcome, experience, outdoors, and conservation teams at Moseley Old Hall, a property managed by the National Trust.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the visitor welcome, experience, outdoors, and conservation teams to ensure a high-quality visitor experience and deepening relationships with existing audiences and working to bring new audiences in.
  • Develop an innovative and engaging offer that resonates with local audiences, growing visitor numbers and ensuring financial sustainability.
  • Support the Stable Croft project to improve access and engagement in the outdoors.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and manage emergency procedures.
  • Collaborate with the property team to develop business plans, grow income, and manage budgets.
Requirements
  • Experience in managing fast-paced operations and leading diverse professional teams.
  • Great collaborator and communicator skills, with the ability to be decisive.
  • Understanding of the importance of great service, growing support for an important cause, and presentation standards.
  • Good understanding of compliance, health and safety, and emergency procedures.
  • Some experience of business planning, developing and growing income, and budget management.
  • Commitment to ensuring experiences are welcoming to everyone, with experience in improving accessibility in a workplace or visitor experience.
