About the Role


Spinks is seeking a skilled CRM Business Analyst to join our team. As a CRM Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Systems Architect and contributing to the success of our organization.


Key Responsibilities

  • CRM Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of our CRM system to diagnose and troubleshoot issues, ensuring seamless system performance.
  • Change Management: Collaborate with the Lead Systems and Support Officer to review system change requests, proposing effective solutions for review by the System Architect.
  • Solution Implementation: Design, develop, and test system configuration changes within the release schedule, ensuring timely and efficient implementation.
  • Third-Party Collaboration: Work closely with third-party developers to ensure proper system support, fostering strong relationships and open communication.
  • Feature Testing: Participate in defining and testing new features developed by third parties, ensuring high-quality deliverables.


Requirements

  • PowerApps and PowerAutomate: 1-3 years of experience with PowerApps, with a strong understanding of its capabilities and limitations.
  • Software Development Lifecycle: Familiarity with the software development lifecycle and user testing processes, ensuring a thorough understanding of system development and deployment.
  • REST APIs: Experience supporting and testing REST APIs, with a strong grasp of API design and implementation.
  • Attention to Detail: Ability to identify and raise issues, ensuring the highest level of system quality and performance.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Initiative and Teamwork: Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of initiative and a willingness to take on new challenges.
