About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled CRM Systems Analyst to join our team at Spinks. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing CRM solutions to drive business growth and improve customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • CRM Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of our CRM system to diagnose and troubleshoot issues, ensuring seamless system performance and optimal user experience.
  • Change Management: Collaborate with our Systems Architect to review system change requests, propose effective solutions, and ensure smooth implementation.
  • Solution Implementation: Design, develop, and test system configuration changes within our release schedule, ensuring timely delivery and minimal disruption.
  • Third-Party Collaboration: Work closely with external developers to ensure proper system support, ensuring our CRM system remains up-to-date and aligned with industry best practices.
  • Feature Testing: Participate in defining and testing new features developed by third-party vendors, ensuring they meet our business requirements and user needs.
Requirements
  • PowerApps and PowerAutomate: 1-3 years of experience with PowerApps and PowerAutomate
  • Software Development Lifecycle: Familiarity with the software development lifecycle and user testing processes
  • REST APIs: Experience supporting and testing REST APIs
  • Attention to Detail: Ability to spot issues and raise them when necessary
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Initiative and Teamwork: Ability to work independently and as part of a team
