About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Operations Analyst to join our Road Freight team at DB Schenker. As a Business Operations Analyst, you will play a crucial role in managing master data, supporting continuous improvement, and implementing IT systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and administer land-related databases to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
- Translate business needs into IT requirement specifications to drive process improvements.
- Coordinate with local and regional counterparts to ensure seamless IT changes and minimize disruptions.
- Update and maintain land freight IT processes and procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency.
- Provide regular quality status reports to land freight management to inform decision-making.
- Design performance reports with land and finance management to meet key performance indicators and drive business growth.
- Conduct user analysis testing on regional and global IT system developments to ensure quality and reliability.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Knowledge of systems and processes is beneficial.
- Familiarity with Microsoft SQL Server, DB2, Power Query, and Power BI is desirable but not essential.
