About the Role

We are seeking a skilled CRM Business Analyst to join our team at Spinks. As a CRM Business Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting the Systems Architect and contributing to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • CRM Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of the CRM system to diagnose and troubleshoot issues.
  • Change Management: Collaborate with the Lead Systems and Support Officer to review system change requests and propose effective solutions for review by the System Architect.
  • Solution Implementation: Develop and test system configuration changes within the release schedule.
  • Third-Party Collaboration: Work closely with third-party developers to ensure proper system support.
  • Feature Testing: Participate in defining and testing new features developed by third parties.
Requirements
  • PowerApps and PowerAutomate: 1-3 years of experience with PowerApps
  • Software Development Lifecycle: Familiarity with the software development lifecycle and user testing processes
  • REST APIs: Experience supporting and testing REST APIs
  • Attention to Detail: Ability to spot issues and raise them when necessary
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Initiative and Teamwork: Ability to work independently and as part of a team
