As a key member of our training department, you will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging training sessions on various topics, including Moving and Handling, Basic Life Support, Administration of Medication, and Company Induction.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and update training materials to ensure relevance and effectiveness.
  • Conduct training needs assessments and work with management to identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide coaching and support to staff members to enhance their knowledge and skills.
  • Maintain accurate records of training sessions, attendance, and evaluations.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Proven experience in delivering training on topics such as Moving and Handling, Basic Life Support, Administration of Medication, and Company Induction essential.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate learners.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Willingness to travel across England as required for training delivery and support.
