Job Description

We are seeking an HVAC Tutor and Trainer to join our team at West Suffolk College. This exciting role will involve delivering engaging and high-quality learning programmes for apprentices and learners in the field of Plumbing and Domestic Heating.

About the Role:

  • Deliver expert tuition and guidance to students, helping them develop the skills they need to succeed in their chosen career.
  • Mentor and coach individuals to achieve their full potential.
  • Develop and implement effective training plans that address key areas such as English, maths, and digital literacy.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of programmes.

Requirements:

  • NVQ Level 3 plumbing and heating qualification or equivalent.
  • Certified in Core Domestic Natural Gas Safety and Appliances (CCN1).
  • Previous experience in coaching and mentoring people would be beneficial.
