Job Description Overview

This exciting opportunity allows you to work directly with individuals experiencing homelessness.

You will be based at our designated property in Camberley, supporting clients on a one-to-one and small group basis.

Responsibilities:
  1. SUPPORT CLIENTS WHO ARE HOMELESS ON A ONE-TO-ONE AND SMALL GROUP BASIS
  2. BUILD RELATIONSHIPS WITH CLIENTS AND UNDERSTAND THEIR NEEDS
  3. WORK COLLABORATIVELY WITH COLLEAGUES TO ACHIEVE OUTCOMES

Salary: £12.50 per hour

Hours will be variable each month, but typically include shifts from 5pm – 11pm and 11pm – 9am.

Requirements:

  • EXPERIENCE OF WORKING WITH VULNERABLE ADULTS
  • ABILITY TO BUILD RAPPORT WITH CLIENTS
  • EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION AND INTERPERSONAL SKILLS
