About the Role

You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective assessment strategies, maintaining accurate records, and providing regular updates to stakeholders.

Responsibilities and Key Tasks
  • Coach and assess electrical apprentices, focusing on their growth and development.
  • Develop and implement assessment plans to ensure exceptional learning outcomes.
  • Record and report on apprentice progress, keeping stakeholders informed.
Essential Qualifications and Skills
  • Hold a recognized electrical engineering qualification.
  • Display excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Be able to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Compensation and Benefits
  • A competitive salary: £38,000 - £43,000 (estimated based on experience).
  • 7% pension scheme.
