About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Policies and Protocols: Help maintain and update our policies and protocols to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Minute Taking: Accurately record and distribute meeting minutes to relevant stakeholders.
  • IT Support: Ensure our systems are up-to-date and functioning correctly, providing technical assistance as needed.
  • Reporting: Generate accurate and timely reports to support business decision-making.
  • Patient and Stakeholder Engagement: Provide exceptional customer service to patients, healthcare colleagues, and other professionals, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
