Financial Planning Specialist

In a career-defining opportunity with the Kingswood Group, you will play a vital role in supporting our Advisers in delivering exceptional client experiences. As a Paraplanner, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining internal relationships, managing all client documentation, and producing high-quality financial planning reports. Our team is committed to innovation, technology, and investment in people to support our advisers and clients.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Preparing detailed financial planning reports for consideration and sign-off by our Advisers.
- Collaborating with our team to obtain illustrations and supporting documents as required to complete the advice file for presentation to clients.
- Maintaining an up-to-date knowledge of our company policies and procedures and ensuring all client documentation is saved accordingly.
- Identifying and escalating any client complaints or concerns promptly to your Manager, the Adviser, and the Compliance Officer.
- Participating in regular Paraplanning meetings to discuss ongoing work and ensure consistency across the team.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- A strong understanding of wealth management principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
