We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning Associate to join our team in East Malling on a full-time, permanent contract.

The role involves producing high-quality financial planning reports for consideration and signoff by advisers, as well as obtaining illustrations and supporting documents required to complete the advice file for presentation to the client.

An estimated salary for this position is around £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Produce financial planning reports for consideration and signoff by advisers.
  • Obtain illustrations and supporting documents as required to complete the advice file for presentation to the client.
  • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of company policies and procedures and ensure all client documentation is saved accordingly.
  • Refer all client complaints and concerns promptly to your Manager, the Adviser, and the Compliance Officer.
  • Attend regular meetings to discuss ongoing work and ensure advice approach across the team is similar.
