Linsco Ltd is a highly respected civil engineering firm with a strong presence in Kent and Sussex. We are seeking a Planning and Programming Specialist to join our team and provide expertise in planning, programming, and project management.

Job Overview

In this role, you will work closely with our site teams to ensure that project programmes are current, consistent, and accurate. You will be responsible for preparing and communicating project programmes, managing change on the programmes in accordance with the NEC contract requirements, and providing advice and assistance on planning, programming, methods of construction and solutions to engineering problems.

Key Tasks
  1. Regularly review project programs to ensure changes are captured and recorded correctly.
  2. Review project change register in parallel with works delivered and contract.
  3. Review project risk and opportunities register.
  4. Support site team to protect programme entitlement and facilitate EOT claims.

We offer a competitive salary of up to £60,000 per annum based on experience, company car or car allowance, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays and holiday purchase scheme, company pension scheme, matched up to 8%, life assurance cover 4x annual salary, investment in development via internal training schemes, and company social events and early finish on Fridays.
