Job Overview: CV Library is seeking an experienced Freight Planning Specialist to join our dynamic logistics team in Tonbridge, Kent. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a leading logistics company that specialises in refrigerated transport.

This role plays a crucial part in managing the scheduling and planning of a fleet of 30-50 vehicles, ensuring constant operational efficiency and timely delivery of goods. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing transport schedules, booking container collections and deliveries, and coordinating refrigerated transport for Class 1 and Class 2 vehicles.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience in transport planning, specifically with refrigerated transport for Class 1 and Class 2 vehicles, and strong skills in manual planning using Excel or Google Spreadsheets. A willingness to work a rotating shift pattern, including night shifts and occasional weekend hours, is also essential.

The salary for this position is estimated at £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, which includes 28 days holiday, including Bank Holidays, Company pension, and Onsite Parking.
