We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Process Specialist to join our team at CV Library. This role is ideal for an individual with experience in manufacturing process improvement and a passion for driving efficiency and productivity.

About the Role

As a Manufacturing Process Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and problem-solving solutions to our production team. You will also source, justify, and implement new machinery, monitor its output, and contribute to the review and improvement of production processes using Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methods.

This role requires strong organisational and planning skills, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word, and experience with MRP systems. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field is essential, along with experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably with exposure to new process and product introductions.

The estimated salary for this role is £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, plus quarterly bonus scheme and company sick pay scheme.
