Job Title: Customer Experience Specialist

Company Overview:
Rasa Sayang, a UK-based food and beverage group, is dedicated to providing exceptional customer experiences in a vibrant and dynamic environment. Our Southeast Asian restaurant in London's Chinatown is seeking a skilled Customer Experience Specialist to join their front of house team.

Salary: £24,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus performance-based bonus and Tronc Pay Scheme (basic salary plus service charge).

Job Description:
As a key member of our front of house team, you will be responsible for:
Welcome customers and introduce them to our menu
Manage table seating and create a welcoming atmosphere
Take and process customer orders accurately and efficiently
Ensure customers are satisfied and have an enjoyable dining experience
Assist with bills and payments
Attend meetings with restaurant and kitchen managers on menu changes and specials
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front of house area
Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
We are looking for someone who can work well in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and possess strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with guests and team members. Additionally, we require a willingness to learn and adapt to new procedures and processes.
