Role Overview: Administrative Assistant with Marketing Skills

This administrative assistant role requires strong administration skills and marketing knowledge.

  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns
  • Develop engaging content for various channels
  • Establish and maintain business procedures
  • Support bid writing and project management efforts
  • Track project progress and review documentation
  • Organise events and meetings, ensuring seamless logistics
  • Communicate effectively with partners and stakeholders
  • Manage data entry and reporting tasks

This is a full-time role, working 9am-5.30pm, Monday to Friday. The position may be office-based or offer flexible working arrangements.

You will require strong administration skills, a proactive approach, and experience in marketing. Proficiency in MS Office and Adobe suites is ideal. Enjoy working in a collaborative environment and be willing to support colleagues as needed.

The organisation offers a competitive salary of £25,000 per annum, 31 days of annual leave, health cash plan, and various benefits including free parking.
