Job Title: Stock Control Clerk
Location: Telford
Job Type: Full-time
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Stock Control Clerk to join our team at the Window Systems Division. As a key member of our warehouse team, you will be responsible for maintaining the integrity of our stock portfolio across multiple sites using Microsoft Dynamics Navision (WMS).
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock takes.
- Investigate customer order discrepancies and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Assist in checking the correctness and condition of customer orders.
- Support the Operations team in their duties and provide excellent customer service.
- Keep detailed records of shortages and damage items.
- Encourage a positive and engaged workforce culture within the team.
- Operate with the highest levels of integrity, support, and cooperation with colleagues and external contacts.
- Adhere to all organizational policies, management systems, and standard operational procedures.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in a warehouse or retail environment.
- Basic knowledge of using an ERP system is beneficial.
- MHE driving experience is not essential but would be beneficial.
- A friendly and hard-working disposition.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Excel knowledge – basic/intermediate user.
