Join our team at the Window Systems Division and take on a challenging role in our warehouse operations. As a Stock Control Clerk, you will be responsible for maintaining the integrity of our stock portfolio across multiple sites using Microsoft Dynamics Navision (WMS).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate inventory control practices and conduct regular stock takes to ensure the accuracy of our stock levels.
  • Assist in checking the correctness and condition of customer orders, and investigate any discrepancies.
  • Support the operations team in their duties, including maintaining detailed records of shortages and damage items.
  • Encourage a positive and engaged workforce culture within your team and department.
  • Operate with the highest levels of integrity, support, and cooperation with your team, peers, and other internal and external contacts.
  • Adhere to all organisational policies, management systems, and standard operational procedures, including legal responsibilities in relation to Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality.
  • Represent the organisation in a positive way and avoid any damage to our corporate image or reputation.
  • Follow all company health and safety requirements.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience in a warehouse or retail environment is preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of using an ERP system may be beneficial.
  • MHE driving experience is not essential but would be beneficial.
  • A friendly and hard-working disposition, with the ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
  • Excel knowledge – basic/intermediate user.

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday, 06:00 to 14:00 and 22:00 weekly rotational shifts, 37.5 hours per week. There may be initial periods of 5 in 7 days to support with stocktakes and other business requirements.
