Job Title: Stock Control Clerk

Location: Telford

Job Type: Full-time

Hours: Monday - Friday 06:00 - 14:00 and 22:00 weekly rotational shifts, 37.5 hours per week

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Stock Control Clerk to join our team at the Window Systems Division. As a key member of our warehouse operations team, you will be responsible for maintaining the integrity of our stock portfolio across multiple sites using Microsoft Dynamics Navision (WMS).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate inventory control practices
  • Conduct physical inventory counts and assist in stock takes
  • Verify the correctness and condition of customer orders
  • Investigate customer order discrepancies
  • Support stock-taking activities and maintain detailed records of shortages and damage items
  • Encourage a positive and engaged workforce culture within the team
  • Operate with the highest levels of integrity, support, and cooperation with the team, peers, and other internal and external contacts
  • Adhere to all organizational policies, management systems, and standard operational procedures

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience in a warehouse or retail environment
  • Basic knowledge of using an ERP system is beneficial
  • MHE driving experience is not essential but would be beneficial
  • A friendly and hard-working disposition
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
  • Excel knowledge - basic/intermediate user
