Job Title: Stock Control Clerk
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Stock Control Clerk to join our team at the Window Systems Division. As a Stock Control Clerk, you will be responsible for maintaining the integrity of our stock portfolio across multiple sites using Microsoft Dynamics Navision (WMS). Your primary goal will be to improve efficiency within the current team to safeguard stock and operational processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate inventory control practices.
- Conduct physical inventory counts and assist in stock takes.
- Verify the correctness and condition of customer orders.
- Investigate customer order discrepancies.
- Support stock-taking activities.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless day-to-day tasks.
- Record and track shortages and damaged items.
- Contribute to a positive and engaged workforce culture within the team.
- Adhere to all organizational policies, management systems, and standard operational procedures.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in a warehouse or retail environment.
- Basic knowledge of using an ERP system is beneficial.
- MHE driving experience is not essential but would be beneficial.
- A friendly and hard-working disposition.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Excel knowledge – basic/intermediate user.
